President and Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder and Board Member
With more than fifteen years of experience in the medical device and biopharmaceutical industry, Reuben Jenkins co-founded Omnicia, Inc. in 2001. As President and CEO in early 2002, Reuben has steered Omnicia to constant growth and innovation. He works closely with his executive management team and industry professionals in shaping Omnicia’s future strategies. Reuben Jenkins is a successful engineering graduate and entrepreneur with extensive experience implementing technology solutions for the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry. His vision and business acumen has helped Omnicia move to the forefront of its complex, fluid, and fast-moving electronic regulatory field.

Peachy Dimanlig
Chief Operating Officer, Co-founder and Board Member
With more than ten years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and expertise in electronic document management and publishing operations, and client support services, Peachy Dimanlig co-founded Omnicia, Inc. in 2001. Since early 2002, Peachy has managed all global product development and client services activities. Acting as the bridge between the regulatory business needs and the technical needs of her software engineers, Peachy has developed a light, elegant, intuitive product suite that is easily adaptable to the ever-changing electronic publishing requirements. Using her excellent teaching and listening skills, Peachy delivers educational and support services to clients worldwide. This, coupled with her patient interaction with clients has made Omnicia the model for technical support in the electronic publishing industry.

Executive Vice President, Professional Services
With more than over fifteen years experience in the medical device and biopharmaceutical industry and expertise in scanning, electronic document management, regulatory submissions operations, client support services and sales, Wayne Leonard has been responsible for the continued growth and industry acceptance of Omnicia’s Professional Services group. Recognizing that it is not enough to simply sell technology, collect your fee, and run, leaving the client to go it alone, Wayne has created a consulting group that helps companies through the difficult procedural and cultural changes required to enter the electronic document management and publishing arena. From the simple task of ordering NDA jackets to the complex implementation of a 21 CFR Part 11 compliance program, Wayne ensures client involvement and knowledge transfer during any engagement.
